I have new items to give that I don't need

I have ankylosing spondylitis and had a kidney removed. My rheumatologist said there isn't any data with a patient with only one kidney. I told her I feel that it is probably because it's not something you should do with only one kidney, but she kind of just dismissed me and wants to prescribe cosentyx or xeljanz.

I saw someone post that they get a transfusion every 6 weeks to help with pain. I lost my
place with that post. I currently give myself Cimza shots and that’s not really helping. So I’m interested in this transfusion I saw someone post.

Currently experiencing this. Wondering if anybody else had and what it ended up being or if any normal feeling returned. I’ve been like this for 2 months now.
