I have stiffness all down my spine caused by DISH with the only movement of my head coming at the oscippital joint and that is very limited. In able to see anything up/down left/right I have to move my whole body. When driving to look left sometimes I get a pop in between my shoulder blades and it hurts like heck. I have osteoarthritis and analysis spondylitis with lumbar fusion and many other issues corrected in two day surgery . Recoup tough! Had a shoulder replacement (huge bone spurs/arthritis all around) unable to move for five yrs. My rheumatologist just kept telling me they could not help. Didn’t listen to anything I said and never sent me for mri until I insisted. I am 70 years old and now have to deal with this. Never given right diagnosis. I need a good rheumatologist who will treat me.

Hi everyone, I have severe scoliosis, all my life, I’m 62& bad shape, My lumbar spine has bulging discs& Tarlov cyst on spine. My Neck has my pinched nerves, with bone spurs, I headaches, buzzing in ears, my head feels like it’s under water, the right side of my face feels tight, while left side feels weak, i woke up one day with a slight muscle spasm on right side of my face, I can’t flare my nostrils all the way, anyone have similar issues? I go to bed with pain and get up with pain… I can’t sleep well. Rarely I feel ok.. from my neck to shoulder going down until my elbow..constantly feeling in pain. I don’t have a long time relieve

Ankylosing spondylitis. Hla-b27 positive. Multiple fusions in neck and lower back.

I am on humira, max dose of methotrexate. Cannot cut down on steroid drops for uveitis. I tried to taper as there were no indications in my eye on Thursday. By Tuesday this week, 6 days I am in a full flare!! Now I am tapering down off oral steroid burst. Not sure what else is left. Cannot take sulfasalazine.
