I drink more often because it helps with the pain
I do the same thing. Side to side at night in bed. Lately I haven't been able to sleep. My arms my neck my back. I don't know what to do about it. I just keep taking my gummies.
I am wondering if spondylitis causes pain throughout spine. I have trouble in neck, between shoulder blades, just above hips, and lower back. I also have arthritis in ribs and sternum and sometimes develop some mean costochondritis pain. I dont know if its all on account of spondylitis.

Reading an article today the the medical society put out about the cortisone shots and or injections people have had that actually cause more damage than good. I know I've had them before and complained to my then doctor whom I fired and he said it was all in my head! I guess it would appear I was correct! Luckily I got his pompous ass fired. Please google it and read up on it if you've ever had any cortisone shots or injections in any joints on your body.

I have spondelosisthesis a grade 1,the other complication I have is related to my left hip. I have myofascial pain, Cervical Spondylosis, Cervicogenic Headaches, chronic neck pain, degenerative cervical intervtebral disc.
