I cannot stand on my feet an longer than 15-20 minutes before they are absolutely killing me. My diagnosis are AS, Fibromyalgia, sjogrens, Raynauds, and neuropathy. I hear how people describe neuropathy as pins and needles but I don’t have that. I never know how to explain it but my feet just hurt and the longer I’m on them the more swollen and red and hot they become. I seem to deal with this a lot. It can, at times, make exercise a little challenging. Also, pins and needles that come and go in different areas.
I don’t really see much literature on this. Or sites that list it as a symptom of AS.

I thought it was just me, but I'm learning most of us have trouble with communicating on this sight, so I am starting this thread so we can all add something so more of us will find this easier

I can be sitting down and I get this strange pain in the middle of my foot underneath. I get a similar pain in my wrist sometimes too but am not sure what is causing it.

I am on my second biologic. I have tried Humira and 6 most later my body attacked the meds. I am now on Cosetyx. It's been about 8 weeks and I still feel so fatigued. I was thinking depression and is it still this disease?

I usually don't pay much attention to physical discomfort bit yesterday it got so bad I took myself to the ER. I was having severely nausea and loan up the sides of my back. Blood tests and a cat scan showed nothing wrong, in fact a couple of nurses commented on how they rarely see a healthier specemin of my age.
