That's exactly what my Tumeric is, it's 95% per cuminoid, it's the highest you can get and mine comes from the Alex Jones store, he finds the best scientists and company to make it, it's the best that I've EVER found!! He has gummies, but I take the capsules.

Big antioxidants for inflammation are Omega-3 and 6, Astaxanthin, Fucoxanthin (those come from seaweed); and Glutathione which must be taken with N-Acetyl Cysteine and Glycine (amino acids) to be absorbed. These have made a significant difference for me. Your turmeric must be high in curcuminoids, the active compound in turmeric that fights inflammation. Also, it is better absorbed and the curcuminoids work better when combined with pipperine, the active compound in black pepper. Sure, you can cook with these daily, but who wants curry every single day? Go online and check out LifeExtension. com. I get many of my supplements from them. They also have an excellent magazine that is free and put out every other month focusing on nutrition. Dont forget about the gut microbiome, paramount to health. Get a great probiotic that has at least 15 different species as well as a prebiotic component if you dont eat oats or other prebiotic foods daily. I get my probiotics and Omega-3 supplement from Garden of Life. Lastly, peptides are vital to connective tissue strength. They are loaded with amino acids for repairing cell damage. Bovine based is ideal, look for one that comes from the bones and connective tissue. You can get this in dissolvable flavorless powder form easily added to coffee, cereal, or baked food, etc. Bone Broth is another excellent source and can be made from scratch if cooking is your passion, or purchased pre-made and added to cooking.
It can be really helpful to get nutrition testing, much more extensive than standard CMP and CBC bloodwork as well as microbiome health tests. Many other blood tests can be done to indicate allergens, toxins, parasites, and hormones, all of which can lead to disease. Deep diving is not done by traditional Rheumatologists and other drs due to insurance mandates and corporate policies. So much more can be done. Yours in better health, P 😌🙏
