My Doctors tell me to try and get my vitamins from natural sources first, from natural or fortified foods; such as milk, eggs or even salmon.
Supplements are for what is lacking in your food diet.
Consult your doctor for the right dose for your diet.
Any reputable brand is sufficient.
I've used nature's bounty, nutricost, and nature made.
