Pristine clean diet. Absolutely no ultra processed garbage at all for any reason, high nutrition, high antioxidant anti-inflammatory supplements, physical therapy, acceptance Commitment and Cognitive Behavior Therapies, massage, hydro, avoid triggers like the plague, hire help for heavy work like yard chores, topicals, ice, heat, everything you've ever heard of that is not medicine. I just had a stem cell transplant, waiting for results.

How are you managing?

Common for all biologics to develop NAFLD, high liver enzymes. I quit taking for that reason

I just had my 1st infusion yesterday but will be sure to check into it.
