Hi Tom,
My neurologist put me on cymbalta for my Ocular neuropathy pain. It really helps me to be able to make it through the day

Hi Tom @A MySpondylitisTeam Member,

A neurologist can monitor nerve damage from repeated inflammation of Ankylosing Spondylitis. Their are medicines to help minimize nerve tissue damage, such as Gabapetin and Baclofen. These drugs are usually prescribed by neurologists. Hope you find a neurologist that understands the monitoring needs of your AS progression.
