Yes I have sleep issues. Pain at night makes my sleep issues worse. When i turn in my sleep, pain wakes me. I can stay in bed about 3 hours and then i have to get up , walk around then try the recliner and then the couch. When i first started with just sleep issues my Dr. gave me alprazolam to take, when that stopped working she gave me trazodone. It still helps some. I have heating pads everywhere. My bed, recliner and couch. I even have a neck shoulder one that I use at times.

I’ve tried everything and nothing works for long. Lyrica worked the best but no longer works at all but if I take alprazalam or trazodone too close to Lyrica, I become unresponsive. I feel like there is more than one comorbidity occurring.
