Moved And New Rheumatologist Challenging Original Diagnosis, Changing Meds

Help - Was diagnosed with nr-AxSpa in 2023. Recently moved to a different state and can't find the great care I had in my previous state. New rheumatologist challenging original diagnosis says if damage not seen on MRI then it's not nr-AxSpa, and wants to switch my meds from Celebrex (no longer working) to Nabumetone 500mg). I don't want to take another NSAID (bloating and Celebrex didn't work). Should I get a second opinion/see a different rheumatologist before changing meds? Thanks so… read more
