Maybe phisical theropy or yoga. Streatch the muscles to improve movement. I'm doing PT twice a week. They also recommended massage and yoga

I have been doing PT twice a week. Focus is my hips and lower back. Started in Dec I have made good improvment. Im looking forward on just how much it will improve.
