I have ADHD and I have never been able to sit around or be in the same place very long. You simply have a new job, which is working on you. These people on here have a lot of insight because they don't just learn it they live it. Pay attention and don't be afraid to ask for help. God Bless
I’m sorry. It is a grief process. First of all you are not a slug. You are brave courageous and you can get through this process to accept your new ability to do the things you need to do with setting pace to restructure your needs to care for yourself and seek supports from places in your life. This is tough. I been dealing with this 24 years. In the process I’ve had to accept help ask for help and regroup a lot on the journey. Praying for you.
