A
2 months ago I had this problem.I went to my Acupuncure doctor & he put my hip back in alignment.

I see my Acupuncture doctor 1 time a month & he keeps my body in alignment.

Years ago I was told if you limp that will contribute to your hip wearing.

I now walk with a cane next I will consider a walker.

Being stable is important.

Apparently I have a problem with my one hip being unstable. I haven’t been on here much since I had multiple falls and ended up in acute rehab. Now I’m finally home 😊
