In MY experience, not for everyone, CBD is a waste of money. Even the high quality medical grade CBD. If it doesn't have even a little bit of the THC, it doesn't do anything for pain. It WILL calm and relax anxiety, though. I've gotten the best results from using a 1:1 ratio of THC:CBD. I know the dispensary told me to "start low and go slow" in regard to dosage. Now, I've tried this in a number of preparations: salves, creams, ointments, capsules, pills, vapes, and outright smoking it, and honestly I've found that smoking it works the fastest and vaping it works the best for pain. This is because the vape oil can be concentrated with a much higher % of active ingredients. Good luck, I hope this might help a little. Are you in a state with legal medical marijuana? You may want to consult with a dispensary for better info. I do know that once I got CBD flower to smoke and it helped a little.. its strain was Blue Dream

Thanks for the info . I’ve not seen much relief either from the gummies. Just a lot of expense. I took notes of the brand thanks .
No we are in a no legal state Alabama … I’m only allowed a prescription compound or over the counter.
