I have a lot going on with my hip I fall hard a couple years ago now it hurts to take a step so painful in this weather

The weather doesn't help either I'm in more pain in winter & when it rains and dampness take cbd oil it helps.

U also could have bone chips around the knee causing the swelling & pain too.?? Need mri to confirm everything

Bone on bone grinding arthritis. Wear & tear on the hip & the hip joint
