The nsaids won't hide damage on an mri.

The cosentyx worked well for me. However the side effects made it a no for me. Talk to your Rheumatologist. Good luck

For me it's not enought but i took some the day i took the mri and it come back negative. Just wonder if it can be the reason why. I'm starting soon on cosentyx because the diclofenac help a lot but i still have a lot of problem with it. Without it it's a nightmare. I try to stop it for one day and i was in so much pain i don't want to stop it again. I'm gonna ask a doctor next time i'm gonna see one.

I take diclofenac 75 mg twice a day. I have good results. With both my AS and rheumatoid arthritis

Nasaids are an anti inflammatory medicine that also relieves pain. I'm not sure how much it actually reduces the inflammation as my rheumatologist has me on cosentryx
