I'll give you my routine sometimes it helps.
I start with stretching. Mine is mostly focused on neck and shoulders.
If you need to know them, it's open books each side 30x
Thread the needle each side 30x
Chin tucks 10 second holds x3
Then I go to ice on the area.
Then I stretch again to see if I can get any relief.
Then if I'm still flared up, a hot shower.
Then I'm on to a tinz unit. 20 minutes.
If I'm still in flare up pain I'll sit in the shower again and sulk and call it a day with a heating pad.
Would love to hear everyone else's routines.
But rule one is not to allow yourself to give up easily.
I wish I had an answer for your pain. Please know that you matter and we understand how hard it can be. One day at a time.
My mom has tried to.give up before, and I am so glad she is still here to know her grandkids. But I know some days are just so hard. May you find something to light your way to better days.
