I have tried a number of different meds for arthritis over the last several years but it wasn’t until my Rheumatologist put me on an old tried and true med called Sulindac about 2 months ago that I actually got substantial relief. HOWEVER, everyone is an individual and responds individually to treatments.

As someone who struggles with spinal Stenosis. I can tell you a heating pad will be your best friend try laying on your side and laying the heating pad over your back. I switched from Gabapentin to Lyrica which is the same but a little different and it seemed to work way better. They can do what's called a conversion with the meds where you stop the Gabapentin and start the Lyrica the next day. I was on high dosage Gabapentin 800mg 4× daily or maybe it was 6× I can't remember that part. So when I first switched I went on high dosage Lyrica I did have side effects the first 5 days of dizziness etc... But I was prepared as my doctors told me high dosage Lyrica could cause it but if I made it through the first week It would go away and it did and the pain also subsided. Unfortunately I don't know what else may help. I take many meds including pain meds that are higher dosage so how the meds worked for me may not work for you hope this helps and things get better❤️❤️
