I def will . I still haven’t jumped on th biologic bandwagon yet . Right now I’m doing massages every 3 weeks and stretching . Trying to keep up with wheat grass shots and turmeric supplements. For some reason I can’t get out of bed on the morning to do my usual 5 am gym sessions . But keeping mobile helped

I share your fear and concern. I am now being put on A S meds too. I’ve always done diet chiropractic acupunture etc cannabis. Alternatives first. I’m trying to makeup my mind if I’m going to try the taltz or cimzia. I have chronic infections asthma etc and so these medications seem like it may make me worse if you have these issues. Please let me know if you find an alternative to try.
