It feels like it...but one spondylosis is wear and tear of the joints.. spondylitis is a condition that involves inflammation of the spine ...they both in my opinion a type of arthritis...I have both and be in pain everyday...I exercise in the pool..moving every inch of my body so this disease won't attack areas that I'm not using...I also go to Pro Rehab in Poseyville to get "Dry Needling"" ..I say Poseyville Indiana because each physical therapist have their own way of Dry Needling..it took three visits and I could walk and stand straight and it helps with the excruciating pain....I hope this helps..
