Near & around the knee arthritis has set in somewhere or the scar tissue is inflammation causing the pain & swelling the replacement part should not be the problem 🤔 I'm suspect it's the scar tissue inflamed and it's arthritis.quite common actually. But the replacement itself is usually good or maybe ur body could also be trying to reject the body part ie. Any metal pins or whatever I've had pins in me that my body rejected that they had to remove out of me ask Dr gor another mri.to find out the cause. Hope that helps u .
