I've been dealing with costocondritis since my car accident in 2016 and over the past few years it seems to be getting worse. I also have mild scoliosis in my upper thorasic, from the car accident. (Seatbelt injury) Physical therapy, side sleeping, stretching or just a wrong turn doesn't seem to help. Coughing and sneezing are the worst pains ever if I'm not ready for them

It helps the lower and mid back . The straps are adjustable I don’t feel them at all because of my bra straps . Both kind of body shapers reach up to the bottom of my bra . I don’t have the rib pain like I use to as long as I don’t over do it working in the house or yard . Yes I found it on Amazon . Sorry it took so long to get back . I’ve been busy .

I can’t have surgery on my mid spine because it’s to dangerous . My rib pain is so outrageous. I got a full length body shaper . I’m only 126 lbs but got a large one because I want to be stable not squeezed in , it does help . I have a just waist one for when it’s warm outside . Amazon has some good priced ones . Hope this helps .
I got a steroid injection. And I completely stopped all activity for 2 weeks. No laundry, no work outs, no dishes, no driving , no anything. I got significantly better.
