Pain is my biggest concern now
I do hot Epsom salt baths, heating pad, and/or use Voltaren gel or CBD salves on my joints and back, if I need to be moving all day. Muscle relaxer and pain med help manage most days. Turmeric and cinnamon in my coffee every morning helps get me moving mist days too. Also changed my diet by removing wheat, sugar, dairy, red meats and night shade vegetables. Hope this helps.
