Has anyone experienced teeth and gum pain without teeth present or with teeth showing no cavities?

OMG..’ Yes Yes Yes for the past 3yrs I’ve had such severe facial pain from ear to ear all I can think about is Pliers and how bad I want to pull my upper teeth out… In The past 15years I’ve been diagnosed with Osteoarthritis , Fibromyalgia Stenosis spondylitis Spondylosis Bulging lumbar discs and need C-5,6,7 fusions … ( I will have done at Duke Memorial in Raleigh Nc.) … I’ve been going to National Pain and spine for 11 yrs and Now Carolina Arthritis Center after finding out that predation did amazing things for my pain level… Just this week I have seen both of them and my NP at Carolina Arthritis center told me I was a Quandary and then the next day at Pain and spine my NP told me I was a unicorn 😊😊😊… I’m 61yrs old now and still trying to figure out what to call what I have A Name would be nice

Yes. I have diabetes as well. That also can cause root and teeth
