Members shared mixed experiences with massage therapy for managing body aches and pain, with many finding relief through gentle or soft tissue massages combined with Epsom salt baths, while others noted that deep tissue work either helped significantly or caused increased soreness and stiffness. Several members described how massage benefits varied depending on individual conditions, with some managing fibromyalgia finding any touch unbearable, while others with ankylosing spondylitis or hardware in their spines appreciated gentler approaches or alternatives like TENS units, dry needling, and inversion tables. A recurring theme was the importance of trying different modalities to discover what works for your own body, whether that's relaxation massage for blood flow and tension relief, heat therapy, acupuncture, or simply the mental and physical break that comes from an hour of intentional self-care.

I can't have deep tissue massages because of all the hardware I have in my neck and spine! I'm glad they work for you ! I use a Tens unit.

Hi David
I'm in pain today, it has been raining β˜” and cold 50Β°. My ankel has been bothering me, I can't wait for the Dr.s to take out these staples and put a cast.....I'm hopping it's a walking cast. My senior group are getting together on Sunday. I haven't seen them in 4 weeks I miss them. But any way the say it will take 9 months. I'm looking foward to go to physical therapy
I told him before Thanksgiving I will be healed. With the good Lords help I can do it. Tell me a little about you.
GOD BLESS
