2nd Rheumatologist Visit
A MySpondylitisTeam Member asked a question 💭

2nd visit since diagnosed in mid-December. Any pressing questions that may be beneficial?

I am asking about headache pain at base of head, sacroilitis pain help, meds not helping w/ lymphatic colitis, heart scan since having c-vid to make sure no issues. Any help appreciated.

I've been taking Sublingual B12 for the last 3 months I do notice a difference. I've also taken Magnesium which assist with my muscle aches. We're all different so keep trying combinations of vitamins and minerals. I'm still going to say exercise makes the difference.

Thanks - I take Bcomplex, D3, zinc and magnesium. Neurologist wants me to change from Bcomplex to folic acid. I teach school daily, take yoga 3x week (when I feel well) and try to walk around school during lumch. Activity is good, I agree.. trying to find what all works for me.. drinking lots of water seems to helo some too.

For my headaches my neurologist suggested Vitamin B2 then was going with Botox Injections next if that didn't help. Luckily for me, Vitamin B2 did the trick for me.
