@A MySpondylitisTeam Member please don’t quote me but I saw a doctor talking on tv about a trial using cocoa from health food shop, has to be over 78 percent cocoa 1-3 times a day showing an improvement it people with nerve and spondylitis that have trouble with mobility having a decrease in pain and increased mobility. I went to health food shop to buy some but it had magnesium in it. It’s not instant fix takes a few weeks to show improvement. 🤷‍♀️ Maybe it’ll work or worth a try

I can't use cannabis as in pot beause it doesn't sit well with me but I do use the CBD oil. It's helped me tremendously.
