I am wondering if spondylitis causes pain throughout spine. I have trouble in neck, between shoulder blades, just above hips, and lower back. I also have arthritis in ribs and sternum and sometimes develop some mean costochondritis pain. I dont know if its all on account of spondylitis.

I have recently diagnosed with AS and tried Humira for 3months-break for1 month-comeback for another month-then stopped. My doctors asked me to stop and also some insurance problems. Daily, I use the ireliev tens wired system to help manage lower back pain. At one point I tried the ireliev wireless system, but the power pod sits in the center of my spine. Not an issue when upright or walking, but sitting, driving or sleeping it’s a no go. That being said, I am finding the wired system is not strong. What brand do you use, do you find it effective?

Does anyone else have spinal stenosis and resulting leg numbness/pain/weakness when walking? I’ve had stenosis affecting my walking to some degree since I was 26. I keep hearing I’m “too young,” so I’m just curious if others on here experience it as well.
Spinal stenosis is a pain. Pun intended. It's a different type of pain especially when it takes your legs out suddenly. It lingers around. I find a tumeric and collagen smoothie helps take the edge… read more
I often see that people take these meds but don't know what the names of them are so I can ask the doctors if they would help me sleep without so much pain. If you take them please can you give me the name of the medication you take and if it helps. Thank you. X

Good response...i go to the pool also..trying to twist shake and whatever..to take my mind off this chronic pain...i also do dry kneedling at physical therapy..
