Maybe they were incompetent and didn't see it. My doctor told me after the mri i went to the wrong hospital and they are not specialised in that kind of problem. I compare two mri of the same region and i saw a big difference. One page of problem in one and the other one that was done few month later in the bad hospital said that everything is fine in 3 sentences. For the same place (spine). I got the ddiagnosis and he didn't take into account the mri because he cannot be sure of the report. And i'm hla-b27 negative. Keep fighting. I have problem with my achille tendon (plantar fasciite last year) , my skin, my eye, swollen fingers, extreme fatigue, pain in my back and stiffness.

Most likely, or non radiographic axial spondyloarthritis. I am afraid hip pain is common.
