Is There Anyone That Take A Biologic But Still Have Lots Of Fatigue?
A MySpondylitisTeam Member asked a question πŸ’

I am on my second biologic. I have tried Humira and 6 most later my body attacked the meds. I am now on Cosetyx. It's been about 8 weeks and I still feel so fatigued. I was thinking depression and is it still this disease?

I don't think there's a way of getting away from the fatigue

Fatigue is common even while on a Biologic. I just started Simponi Aria in December 2021 and had my second load in January. Next dose is March. Still tired. I say start a work out routine. I definitely feel better since I started moving more. when I move my body everyday the pain is less.

Unfortunately there is no way to get around it. I stopped taking Biologics in 2022. It has been over one year now. I'm unable to clean up my home the way I used to. When I start something it takes days to complete. I don't invite people to my home anymore because it is junky, but not like a hoarder. I need help but have none. I started working out lately I have more energy. I work out every other day. I feel stronger. I believe it is my lack of movement that makes my muscles weak. I started a anti-inflammatory diet that works I'm doing great as far as disease progression without the biologic.

Hi everyone a new week MOG this month is almost done. Well since I had surgery last Thursday after breaking my ankel 3 weeks ago. They put a steal plate with 8 screws yea I messed it up really bad. Fatigue is off the charts, I really get tiered and finally they gave me pain medication and it's the first time in years I can sleep wich I didn't for a very long time. It's going to take me 9 months I'm going to make it in 6 month's. I'm looking foward to physical therapy. My Dr.s say it's like learning how to walk again. Dammmmm getting a walker to help me walk
I want to start walking again even around the block would be a great goal for me. Basically I'm starting all over again. I have RA, OA, Osteoporosis, Dieabeties, Fibromialgia. I will run low temperatures it will be low between 90 to 94. I sometimes run low with RA, OA AND FIBROMIALGIA
But I notice when the I'm in a tolerance . I take naps but then I don't sleep at all. So please if you can take naps do so and don't over do in cleaning house, gardening, rest and drink lots of πŸ’¦ water. Have laugh this did it
