I currently am using Tylenol 3 for pain. I cannot take NSAIDS. I do not want to take anything else. I already take 8 pills a day because I had a heart attack in May and really struggle with anxiety. My Rheumatologist has mentioned Biologics. I want to stay away from meds as long as I can. I do struggle with pain, sweats, IBS and so many of the other commons symptoms, but I have to try everything else first.

The GP did eventually refer me to a consultant, only to be told he could not help.

Pretty well the question above is what I would like to know. My whole spine has so many issues and god help me first spine surgery L4 TO S1 both sides at this point. Next hopefully new kneecap since that's really done. I know I'll have to look after myself and that's fine did that when I was married at the time and that was brain surgery sorry not a pity party. Just wondering how your partner reacted/changed once you were basically bed ridden.

My doc tried to get me in a drug trial but the mri didn’t show inflammation and hla b27 was negative so I don’t qualify. Now I’m stressed that this info will make him rethink my diagnosis. I was happy(sort of) to finally having an answer to why I’m in so much pain all the time and get on track to feeling better(sort of). His diagnosis was based on deteriorating of the si joints caught on an X-ray.

I don't know what to say to them with out getting into a fight about it. My family always starts up an argument about what I try to say. Then I end up running to my room crying.

After years of pain I was diagnosed with A.S. 5yrs ago. Trying to get something to relieve the pain. When I read so many updates and I think thats me. Then go to their story & treatment only to find nothing there. Could I kindly ask all to look at their profile and take 5mins to put what med you use or have used.
