I was sick with a cough. I would have severe cough attacks. My lower back is now hurting worse than it ever has. Hurts in tailbone area and sometimes in my thighs. I rarely have low back pain (my neck is my main area for pain).

I'm on Gabapentin 600mg 3 times a day. A hot bath soak and after I put on a Flector patch. All of the above lasts but a short while.

I have terrible pain in my left Achilles Tendon and just this morning I started having pain behind my left knee. I have AS and RA and am dealing with severe pain all over my body. Vicki10
Yes ur Achilles is all connected it's probably inflammation caused by the as for me I have bone spurs forming on my heels painful to walk so ur not alone .
I practice slow yoga moves. Stretching that’s all I do. Already had lower back ablation and sacroiliac injection. I can at least stand and sit again. Hope this helps
