I start with an ice pack along with the morning meds. When that sets in, I take a shower & dress for the day. That starts at 5 to 6 am as around 1pm, I start to tighten up so I become sub(brain fog)---flat---supine-- & use more ice. I also take gabapentin for neuropathy (LATE AFTERNOON) of feet & legs (no big deal) & later it's melatonin 5mgs so I can drift off & get some sleep. If pain is not responding to all this, I am allowed to take a Vicodin 7.5/32 5.

I have no idea how. I just manage. I am in a pain management program. Plus I take a biologic, muscle relaxant (when needed), anti depressant, and prednisone. It's a process...🤣
