It took about 30 years of being told it was everything from fibromyalgia, psychological, hypochondriac, lupus, RA, etc. Fibro, yep! But finally a dedicated group of Rheums put the puzzle together. AxSpa. AS. That explains not only the bone and systemic pain, but the awful gastro problems. Along with Hypothyroidism and other issues, it all makes sense.
I do Cimzia injections twice monthly but nothing works for daily pain except lots of nsaids and thc candies. I won’t do opioids.
