Am in a lot of pain with my neck and back it goes around face , shoulder sometimes it goes down my arm into my fingers.Any ideas for helping with the pain
Going in your jaw and down your arm could be your heart
Topical I use voltaren gel ! It makes it not such a deep pain! But truthfully nothing really takes the pain away, I just try to dull it down!

Try acupuncture. Helps me, considerably but, only lasts up to 4 days. My regiment is every week. Moday, most of the time.
