I see pain Dr and it’s been 6 months and I am in debilitating pain. I am too young for this to be happening. Help

is what you have Neuralgia Paresthetica or Meralgia? I hadn’t heard of Meralgia. I know I have Neuralgia Paresthetica. With what I have, I would probably get better relief if I had a procedure to put spacers between the vertabrae in my spine. However, what I do is use Voltaren gel, or some benzocaine creme/gel to help with surface pain/ discomfort. Lidocaine patches help too. in addition I take acetaminophen/ ibuprofen- combinations or alternate them
also to help pain!
