When I first went on Cosentyx one of the immediate things I noticed was all of the pain in my left ankle was gone. It had made walking difficult, and rarely went away, just different levels of pain. That is still true, I can even tell when I am getting close to my next dose, as I will feel the beginnings of pain back there
