Hi Connie Novak It's so good to hear from you finally see you back on the site. Thank you for the input and yes I truly believe they will find a treatment plan for me one way or another. Right now I'm scheduled to see a surgeon for consult on November 7th but I'm hoping to find another surgeon to get it pushed back up that's way too long. I'm so glad you went to your son's and you've had a great summer it really does mean a lot doesn't it. My daughter son-in-law and the two grandchildren came over and made dinner for us tonight it was so nice to be around them that's one of the reasons we moved to Boise Idaho well it's the only reason to be near my grandchildren to help cheer me up. The depression with this is really bad. Well Connie I'll be back in touch and I hope you're on this page again and again I'm so glad you're doing well take care and we'll

Unfortunately Pam since I moved to Idaho I can no longer use either medical marijuana or just marijuana. In fact I've been tested and cannot get any more pain meds until I test negative which I have not done as of yet. I used to smoke in Vapes when I lived in Nevada.

Hi Sherri!
I use Ibuprofen morning and night. I use Aspercreme for deep pain in my legs as needed. I couldn't take Lyrica so they gave me Gabapentin instead. I take a very low dose of that as more than 200 mg a day makes me swell up. I've been having serious pain lately so was given an epidural. At first I had little to no pain but this time is different. A lot of the pain came back. It hurts most bending or tring to sit down. Walking hurts sometimes but I simply push through it. My doc says the pain I have now is in my sacroilliac joint and bursa. I'm being scheduled for another epidural targeting those areas.
I've been away from this site a while. Been visiting my son, trying to stay as active as I can, and entertaining guests. In summer there is a lot of outdoor work to do besides cleaning up after huge storms that have hit hard in my area 3 times this year. Weeding is a nightmare. Bending is so painful and spraying weed killer kills the good stuff along with the weeds. Ugh!!!
I hope you find a treatment plan that relieves most of your pain. Forgive me for not keeping up. Wishing you less painful days my friend.
Connie
