To describe the pain, every time I move my pelvis usually at the point of sitting and standing or rolling over in bed, the coccyx bone feels like it snaps back and forth depending on the movement and the pain is no joke excruciating. I’ve had 3 epidurals over the past 2 years with minimal lasting pain relief. You need to quit smoking. I know it's hard but I did it and my sister just did. It's not good for the bones and healing. It interferes with healing. Puts you at higher risk for complications. Hugs

Does anyone else have spinal stenosis and resulting leg numbness/pain/weakness when walking? I’ve had stenosis affecting my walking to some degree since I was 26. I keep hearing I’m “too young,” so I’m just curious if others on here experience it as well.
