My pain doc said caffeine helps pain and so I drink coffee and no sugar caffeine drink like Come Zero occasionally. I think it helps the pain level!!!

Spices help turmeric etc ts trial and error lovely but massage and changing ur diet helps big time also cut coffee and tea down x
