Mouth Ulcers?

Does anyone have issues with mouth ulcers? I thought they were tied to my Celiac, but my Rhumatologist said they are tied to autoimmune issues. They appear when my body is stressed. I end up with so many my face will swell, but there has been nothing to resolve them.

Thanks yes a few they hurt. I like to take spoonfuls Ks of soft ice cruising d add a little lemon and honey to ice tray then freeze. Use blender to chop and create snow cone like shaved ice.

Oh yes. And my gets them on my tongue. Can't talk or eat they hurt

Have you found anything to help? My Dr. Prescribed magic mouthwash at 150$ not covered by insurance but it did nothing.
