How do you combat the nausea when first starting this medication ? Does it subside over time?

I have had cortisone injections. Some experience relief over a week or so. With varying duration of success. For me, the relief is immediate (within a few hours!) and I have relief for a few months. I only get these two to times a year. Everyone has different experiences but I would recommend trying.

I have been on. A combination of meds for my Ankylosing Spondylitis and fibromyalgia. I suffer from muscle ticks and spasms, which are more problematic when I sit or lay down.i recently started to walk my dogs to help them as well as my weight. I literally had to start by going the distance between two driveways and increase after every two days. So I am now able to do are Long block but the muscle spasms are so painful by the time I get home I'm walking hunched over like 98 yr old. I put in a call to my Dr and asked to look into a cortisone shot in my back so it won't hurt so much with the muscle spasms.has anyone else gone through this or tried a cortisone shot 💉?
