I started the humira a week ago. I ended up getting the Pfizer vaccine and waiting a week before the first humira injection. All has gone well so far. I was told it usually takes three injections for improvement....so hopefully ill feel fabulous in 5 weeks. Lol!
I was told by my doctor to get the vaccine on my off week of taking Humira, it was the same when I got my flu shot.
Hello ChickNmo, have you started on the Humira yet? My husband got his two Covid shots and is now waiting for his Humira kit to arrive. It should be here next week. Praying this will help relieve a majority of the pain he is in.
Thats useful to know. Ive been in a lot of pain lately and considered begging to just go on humira without the vaccine. I guess ill keep waiting.
