Chiropractor 's can't help anyway. It can hurt! P.T. Is difficult since most of it is done on a mat. I found some mild exercises on the spondylitis site that can be done on a firm bed. I tried P.T. and it just made things worse. We all have similar symptoms and some very different. It's a spine problem and it goes to your neck and other problems. The spine starts at the brain stem. No cure, just finding what is right for your body. I have been using good grade CBD oil and it truly helps. If you want the real stuff, you have to pay more than 20-30 dollars.

Be careful with the strength of gabupentin your taking it rots the bones in your gums . Not in the side effects list either.. but honestly do some research on it my teeth just fell out . Horrendous mouth sores. Pieces of bone comeing through my gums .. sorry to give you such a horror story but I think people should know !!! . At least then you can make the choice of pain relief virus your jaw bones at least that’s playing fair. Do some research seriously.
