A MySpondylitisTeam Member asked a question 💭

I don't have any symptoms (other than a dry cough since Jan) and feel fine otherwise. I've heard so much about people being asymptomatic and infecting many others. I have been basically home except for groceries, drug store and Dr appts.
What I would really like to know is should I be seeking out being tested?

Right now they need more than one symptom. I've been I'll since February. Fever, chills, coughing(with phlegm) etc. I didn't get tested because I have been nowhere. I had sinus and middle ear infection caused by my awful spring allergies. I'm fine now. Everyone I know has been tested and they are negative. If you have shortness of breath, fever...get tested if it will settle your mind.

I was exposed twice in seven days. I got tested and am clear. I will do it again in seven days to cover the second exposure. Its not an invasive test, takes half a minute. To be safe, get tested. It can't hurt.
