Does Anyone Relate With Me About Being A INFJ Personality? Google Before Answering. Learn About It. Watch Videos On YouTube. Please
A MySpondylitisTeam Member asked a question 💭

Does anyone relate to having the most rarest Mental Personality called (INFJ?) Google it and some will be surprised that finally they have locked in a name for what I have been doing my whole life. Now I can rest easy. Introversion (I), Intuition (N), Feeling (F), Judgment (J)
Please watch YouTube videos about this. It just feels good to have a name for it and I finally found others like me.
And also in this group. Wonderful to finally talk to others with ankylosing spondylitis.
Best, Derek

Not A Question. I Wanted To Show Some New Kinds Of Exercises That Are Refreshing And Fun For People Like Us.
A MySpondylitisTeam Member asked a question 💭

To help building a ramp, giving a physical hug or what is needed to someone I need. Does this support already exist and I don’t know of it. Most of the time here we just need to vent or get suggestions to our problems. I see some that I think need more contact and it bothers me, as I should be doing more. Any… read more

What Complimentary Therapies Have You Tried? Have You Heard Of EFT/Tapping Technique?
A MySpondylitisTeam Member asked a question 💭

My daughter has been exploring tapping and shared it with me. It’s helping her to relax and sleep as she’s been dealing with anxiety and insomnia as she’s been processing trauma with her therapist.

I did one quick session and must admit that I’m more relaxed. Here’s a video I found that briefly explains the technique -
