Could also be something you ate or drank or your missing something in vit minerals. Maybe have your doc test for your vit and mineral levels along with hormone and cortisol.

I had a huge flare a couple of weeks ago. I am on Cimzia but will be switching to Remicade soon, I'm guessing. Are you on a biologic? I heard that Temicade can not only help the spondylitis, but put UC in remission.
