Is it common to have big fatigue at night, fall asleep easily, but wake up every night about 30 minutes later for no reason?
Yes, for years. I'm trying many things and only a little help from them.
I do this. I'll be sitting on the couch yawning and sleepy. Go to bed and sleep 30 min then be wide awake. I don't know how common it is for people with sponylo. However sleep apnea can be the cause. I also have narcolepsy. And it is common with narcolepsy to be slept all day then have insomnia at night.
I do this alot even during the day Lil naps here and there but I also don't get alot of sleep from all my back and neck issues. I try to be tough sometimes I break down. Helps to have a great support person family or friends
Truth.
I seem to wake up every couple of hours though the night, can't remember the last time I had a full night's sleep. The pain wakes me up and I have to change position to get back to sleep, I sleep for a couple of hours then wake up and have to move again. I don't move much in my sleep so wake up really stiff and sore. Is it like this for other people too?
